TaxiHail is customized for you, using your logo and colors to give your passengers the comfort and peace of mind knowing they are dealing with a company they recognize and trust. The splash screen appears momentarily when the app is started. Branding can be found throughout the app as well.

Easy Account Set-Up
Set up your account in seconds. Simply enter the info, confirm the account by clicking a link sent to your email address, return to the app to sign in and you'll be on your way!
User Tutorial
A comprehensive walk-through of the app which is displayed automatically for first time users or can be accessed from the main menu if a refresher is needed.
Booking Screen
Once your account is set up or you log in you are brought here. You can book a ride immediately or set one up for a future time. By default the app will show your current location, based on GPS. You can tap to refine the address or search a non-GPS pick-up location. Press the Destination Icon on the bottom left to define the drop-off point.
Travel Now or Later
Request a ride immediately or set up a ride for some time in the future.
Refine Address
Tap on the hash tag to refine the address number or tap on the address field to use a completely different address. You can search for Google Places from here as well.
Suggested Locations
The app is configured to show locations you have favorited, recent past trips, or nearby places (Google Places) for quick selection. Each type is indicated by an icon (star = favourite, clock = history, tear drop = Google)
Fare Estimates
When you define both a pick-up and a destination address you will be shown a distance and fare estimate on the booking screen. An option for flat rate is available upon request.
Booking Details
View your order details here to confirm or edit your requirements before sending the request.
Order Processing
Once the order is sent the user will be given a confirmation number and indication that the system is looking for a car.
Vehicle Assigned
When a vehicle is assigned an icon will appear on the map along with Driver & Vehicle details. The status message at the top changes also.
Push Notifications
Audible and visual push notifications are provided to the user when the vehicle is assigned and when the vehicle is on-site.
Passengers In Taxi
The status message changes throughout the process. Once the passengers are in the Taxi this message is displayed. The passenger will then have the option to initiate payment or wait for the trip to be completed.
Trip Completed
At the end of the ride the passenger will receive notice that the trip has been completed. If configured, the passenger also has the option to pay for the ride through the app and/or rate their experience.
In-App Payment
Passengers have the option of paying for their ride via Credit Card or PayPal. Can be configured for flat fare or meter amount.
Scan Payment Card
Users have the option to scan their payment card for the details to be saved or to enter the details manually.
Rate Your Trip
Passengers can rate various aspects of the trip at the end of the trip or at a later time from the History page.
Settings Menu
Quickly set up your preferences here. Set your favourite locations, your order preferences such as vehicle type and default tip amount, enter credit card details or reset your password. From here the passenger can also call the dispatch centre, report a problem, or sign out of the app.
User Profile
Passenger can update their profile, including password, at any time from this screen. This is where the passenger would register credit cards for in-app payment as well.
Trips History
From this screen the user can view a list of trips taken, rate the ride and even rebook the same trip.

Optional TaxiHail Kiosk

Optional Kiosk Booking

This optional Kiosk Location Booking platform is installed onto Android tablets supplied by you and enabled for the wireless provider of your choice. Ideally tablets are mounted in locations accessible to a hotel concierge, bartender, doorman, etc. The onsite user simply presses 1 button to request a taxi. They will then have the option to enter passenger details, monitor order status and cancel the orders on the passengers behalf.
